The Steps

Cradle to Hammerlock – Expand on the Cradle, adding a cool hammerlock and turn to it.

Sugar Push Throw Out - This fancy move introduces a Sugar Push, and advanced styling with a Running Throw Out.

Double Face Loop – More fancy arm work is shown with this move that will improve your body positioning technique as well, letting you dance in close spaces comfortably.

Opposition Break and Roll Out – Men learn a new way to rock! Women will learn to turn better than ever with the footwork you learn in this move.

Whirlpool – Complete your collection of advanced patterns with the Whirlpool, a move that can circle over and over, finally cuminating in an Opposition Break and Throw Out. A great move, just don't overdo it!
